FH Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://www.fhfitness.ae/ and the FH Fitness Google Ads Integration used to measure advertising conversions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it—including Google user data accessed through OAuth—and how we use, store, and protect it.

1. Who we are
FH Fitness is a fitness equipment and commercial gym solutions business based in the United Arab Emirates. Our brand and services are presented on our verified domain www.fhfitness.ae.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers:
- Visitors to the FH Fitness website (www.fhfitness.ae)
- People who submit enquiry or lead forms on campaign or product pages
- Google account holders who authorize the FH Fitness Google Ads Integration (OAuth) so our systems can upload conversions to our Google Ads account
3. Information we collect
3.1 Website & lead information
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone number, and company details you submit in forms
- Messages or project requirements you provide
- Technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate location derived from IP address
- Pages visited and referral information related to our marketing
3.2 Advertising & CRM measurement data
- GCLID (Google Click ID) when you arrive from a Google Ads click, stored so we can attribute later CRM outcomes to that click
- Lead or opportunity stage updates from our Odoo CRM (for example: new lead, qualified, opportunity), conversion time, and optional value / currency
3.3 Google account / API authorization data
If you connect a Google account to the FH Fitness Google Ads Integration, we process OAuth credentials (client identifiers and refresh/access tokens) needed to call the Google Ads API on behalf of the authorized Google Ads account.
4. Google user data & OAuth (transparency)
Our integration requests Google OAuth access for the Google Ads API scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
Purpose of this request:
- To authenticate FH Fitness servers to the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0
- To upload offline click conversions (GCLID + conversion action + timestamp, and optionally value) for FH Fitness advertising measurement
- To keep campaign reporting aligned with real outcomes tracked in our Odoo CRM
What we do not do with Google user data:
- We do not sell Google user data
- We do not use Google user data for advertising unrelated to FH Fitness measurement
- We do not use this OAuth connection to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other unrelated Google products
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the Google Ads API connection itself (i.e., transmitting conversion payloads to Google)
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the conversion-upload functionality described on our app homepage, consistent with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

- Respond to enquiries and deliver products or services
- Operate and improve our website and customer experience
- Attribute leads and sales activity to Google Ads campaigns
- Upload conversion events to Google Ads for reporting and optimization
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
7. Retention & security
- GCLID cookies are typically retained for up to 90 days (aligned with common Google Ads click attribution windows)
- CRM lead records and conversion logs are retained as needed for business reporting, auditing, and legal requirements
- OAuth tokens are stored securely on our server environment and used only to refresh access for Google Ads API calls
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, HTTPS, restricted admin access, and secret-based webhook verification) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
To revoke the app’s Google access, use your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove FH Fitness / the Google Ads Integration access.

10. Children
Our website and Google Ads Integration are directed to business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our website or authorization of the integration after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
