1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the website or authorize the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by FH Fitness, a fitness equipment and commercial gym solutions provider in the United Arab Emirates, on our verified domain www.fhfitness.ae.

3. Description of the service

FH Fitness provides:

• A public website with product information, campaign pages, and enquiry forms
• An internal Google Ads Integration that captures advertising click identifiers (GCLID), receives CRM stage updates from Odoo, and uploads offline click conversions to the FH Fitness Google Ads account via the Google Ads API

The Google Ads Integration is a business measurement tool. It is not a consumer social product and does not require end customers to create an app login to view our public legal pages.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. Website visitors may browse without an account. Google OAuth authorization for the Integration should only be performed by an authorized representative of the Google Ads account being connected (typically FH Fitness or its appointed administrator).

5. Google authorization

If you authorize the FH Fitness Google Ads Integration, you grant FH Fitness permission to access the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords solely to authenticate and upload conversion data for FH Fitness advertising measurement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that:

• You have authority to grant that access for the relevant Google Ads account
• Your use of Google services complies with Google’s terms and policies
• You may revoke access at any time via Google Account permissions

FH Fitness does not use this authorization to access unrelated Google products (such as Gmail or Drive) and does not sell Google user data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website, forms, webhooks, or Integration
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, credentials, or data
• Interfere with security, availability, or measurement integrity
• Submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• Use automated scraping in a way that overloads or harms our services
• Impersonate FH Fitness or misrepresent affiliation with us

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, logos, product imagery, and related materials are owned by FH Fitness or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and fair dealing permitted by law.

8. Enquiries & commercial dealings

Information on the website is for general presentation of FH Fitness products and services. Quotes, orders, warranties, and project terms are governed by separate commercial agreements between you and FH Fitness. Submitting a form does not create a binding sale until confirmed by us in writing (or as otherwise agreed).

9. Disclaimers

The website and Integration are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FH Fitness disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that conversion measurement will be complete in every case (for example, if a GCLID is missing, cookies are cleared, CRM stages are unmapped, or Google Ads API requests fail).

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FH Fitness and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or Service.

Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the website or Integration shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater—except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FH Fitness from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorized Google account authorization.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or discontinue website features or the Integration, or revoke OAuth connectivity, if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or operational need. You may stop using the website at any time and may revoke Google access as described above.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be reflected on the related app homepage. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
